But, perhaps more importantly, this can give you great insite into the health of your business on a month to month basis. A bookkeeper is like a family doctor for your business, providing regular check-ups and tests to make sure you’re in tip top shape!

I am a Quickbooks certified Pro-Advisor. I use Quickbooks Online to help you get organized and make maximum profit!

I charge a 300$ 6 hour monthly minimum. Most small businesses take 10 hours or less a month. Basic bookkeeping tasks will likely take less than 6. After 6 hrs my pricing is as follows:

Bookkeeping: 40$ hr

This includes income and expense catagorization, receipt matching, and reporting on at least a monthly basis. *Additional services are included in this price. More services will require more hours.

I work as a part-time contractor only. Why? I can get you premium services at bare minimum prices. How so?

I'm based in Colorado where the minimum wage is about 13$ hr.

13$ times 40 hrs a week = 520$

520$ times 4 weeks a month = 2,080$

That's just pay. Don't forget to factor in benefits, vacation time, and everything else you offer your full-time employees. It adds up! Also, remember that full time includes an hour for lunch and thirty minutes of break time daily! Plus another 30 minutes of organization to get the day started. In my opinion, that's time wasted for you!

Now imagine you contract me for every available service. I'll most likely be spending 25 hrs a month or less on your books.

300$ for the first 6 hrs plus 40$ an hour times 19 hours = 1,060$

That's a 1,020$ savings without even factoring in benefits!
